Gibraltar
Gibraltar is a British Overseas Territory, located on the southernmost tip of the Iberian Peninsula. It is the gateway to the Mediterranean sea. Gibraltar is full of history; from Neanderthal, Phoenicians, Moorish, Spanish to British. Surrounded by colonial architecture existing amist modern buildings, the charismatic City centre is full of cafes, restaurants and shops and the people are very friendly. You can visit St.Michael’s Caves, WW2 Tunnels, The Museum and our beaches.
You may also venture up to the Top of the Rock by cable car. The views from the top are spectacular and on a clear day, you may get to see The Rif Mountains on the Moroccan coastline. Of course, no visit is complete without seeing the famous Barbary Apes.
