The Front of House and Call Centre (Help Desk) team is comprised of Receptionist/Help Desk Operators that operate the main entrance reception and the call centre. After hours cover is provided by the Hospital Attendants.
The team is responsible for welcoming patients and visitors and attending to enquiries and providing general information and guidance either physically at the main reception or via telephone.
The call centre provides 24hr monitoring of the Building Management System as well as the Fire Prevention System and Internal/External Paging system for re-calls and emergency notifications of for example, cardiac arrests.
